Stage One
The first step is a meeting. Typically this is held on site but if that’s not possible, then we can meet at our office or your home.
We will discuss your building needs, the design process, the estimated build timeline and your budget. We will tell you a bit about how we work and look forward to hearing about your building vision.

Stage Two
Develop ideas and concepts and develop a rough price guide to make sure we are on the same page with you.

Stage Three
Engage an architect for the planning stage and designs.

Stage Four
Consolidate plans. Selections of materials, products, colours and colour scheme development, building techniques, features and functionality.

Stage Five
Further develop detailed drawings and specific reports and plans ie engineering, energy report, acoustic report

Stage Six
Council applications and submissions.

Commence construction.
