We absolutely loved building with Grandshore designs.  It was our first building project. We were emotionally invested as it was our long-term family home and wanted it to be perfect. We can’t speak highly enough of Grandshore. From our first meet and greet with the boys, to planning, timeline, budget, attention to detail (down to the millimetre) and ease of relationship throughout. Whenever we had question’s the boys were so approachable and full of building knowledge. 

We’ve had so many people come through our house since completion and comment on the high standard of build that was achieved.

There really was no building stress – we always joke that we will build again with Grand shore Designs because of how great the process and result was. Thank you Andy and Joe for giving us our perfect family home. Until we get itchy feet again…
